How it works
The whole process takes less than a minute of your time:
- Open Subtitles from the app menu.
- Drag in your video (MP4, MOV, or WEBM).
- Choose the format and style. The app automatically detects whether your video is vertical (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) or horizontal (YouTube, LinkedIn) and adjusts the subtitle size and position accordingly.
- Download the result. Our AI technology transcribes the audio with word-by-word precision and burns the subtitles directly into the video, perfectly synced to your voice.
No need to install anything or know your way around a video editor: the downloaded file is ready to upload to any platform.
Three styles to choose from
Every video has its own personality, so the tool includes three subtitle styles built for different uses:
- Pop — uppercase text with the active word highlighted in green, following your voice word by word. This is the viral-reel style, built to grab attention in the first few seconds.
- Clean — white type with a soft shadow, minimal and elegant. Perfect for professional or educational content.
- Box — text over a translucent dark box, for maximum readability against any background. The classic look for interviews and documentaries.
Does your video have pauses or background music? No problem: the subtitles sync to the actual words in the audio, so they appear and disappear exactly when you speak.
Subtitles in your language (and 11 more)
The transcription works across dozens of languages with automatic detection: speak in your language, and the subtitles come out in your language. And if you want to go further, you can have the subtitles come out translated into any of the 12 available languages — record once in Spanish and publish versions with subtitles in English, Portuguese, or whatever language you need.
